Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the (last) goods.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of the contract to the above address. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.


Reimbursement of shipping costs in the event of returns / non-acceptance of the shipment
When returning items, only the items that are ultimately kept will be taken into account when calculating the shipping costs. If the threshold for free shipping is not reached due to the return shipment, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If the delivery is not accepted, the shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Returns from Germany and Austria

Returns must be registered directly on our returns portal so that we can refund your payment. However, a return label is already enclosed with your package for returns. You can drop off your package free of charge at any GLS parcel shop after registering on the returns portal.

Purchases from online retailers, specialty stores and bike shops

Complaints and exchanges of items that you have purchased from another online retailer must be made to that retailer. This also applies, of course, to products that you have purchased from specialist retailers, bike stores, etc.






Complaints

If the delivered items are defective, please notify us by emailing info@ridingculture.com:

  • Please provide us with the order date and order number (order confirmation)
  • If you can, a copy of the delivery note (photo) in the attachment will help us a lot.
  • Describe the error and where it is as precisely as possible.
  • Take photos of the defects and attach them as well.
  • We will take care of it as soon as possible after receipt.
